Job description

  • Location: Ashfield 
  • Payrate: $40.05/hour 
  • Duration: 4 weeks – possibility to extend

Are you an experienced administrator who has recently supported a government department and looking for a new contract role? This is a short term contract of 4 weeks and you will be working within a varied role.    

The Role:   

  • Responsible for triage and management of team emails (high volume), 
  • Records management (TRIM) 
  • Project support 
  • Customer service including direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Maintenance contractors and social housing tenants and office duties as required by the Team

Selection Criteria:  

  • Previous experience in a varied admin role 
  • Excellent customer service, people skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • Previous experience in NSW government will be highly desired
