I am looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist for a 2 week temporary role to start in the next week. Working at an easily accessible location you will be the main point of contact for all clients and visitors.

This is a full time position working 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday paying $27+Super p.h

Duties to include:

  • Answering the telephones

  • Transferring calls through

  • Tidying the meeting rooms

  • Booking of meeting rooms

  • Meeting & greeting visitors

  • Diary Management

I am looking for candidate with the following experience:

  • 2 years corporate reception experience

  • G-Suite experience (Gmail, Docs, Drive & Calendar)

  • SAP experience (Not essential)

  • Excellent customer service experience

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to priorities and organise
