I am looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist for a 2 week temporary role to start in the next week. Working at an easily accessible location you will be the main point of contact for all clients and visitors.
This is a full time position working 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday paying $27+Super p.h
Duties to include:

Answering the telephones
-
Transferring calls through
-
Tidying the meeting rooms
-
Booking of meeting rooms
-
Meeting & greeting visitors
-
Diary Management
I am looking for candidate with the following experience:
-
2 years corporate reception experience
-
G-Suite experience (Gmail, Docs, Drive & Calendar)
-
SAP experience (Not essential)
-
Excellent customer service experience
-
Clear written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to priorities and organise
