Job description

  • Immediate start - 4 month contract opportunity 
  • Local government authority - based in Eastern suburbs
  • Supportive team - 30.4 hours per week - Chris21 experience

Support this leading and highly regarded organisation within the local government sector, with their end to end recruitment. Working with managers and stakeholders to ensure a high quality recruitment process, working with key stakeholders to understand role requirements and developing relationships. 
Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage high volume of recruitment ensuring that candidates and hiring managers are kept informed and requirements are met in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent candidate care, informing and supporting candidates throughout the selection process
  • Analysing recruitment across certain business areas and present these findings
  • Issue reports for the business around recruitment
  • Contribute to and promote the use of recruitment templates, including position descriptions, advertising and interview guides
  • Support interview panels with room setup, greeting candidates & interview guides as required

The successful candidate will:

  • Previous experience in end to end recruitment process
  • Chris21 experience essential, desirable to have Page Up experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
