Be part of one of Australia's leading utilities firm in the heart of Melbourne's CBD where you will be working in their scheduling team, assisting with inbound calls, planning and allocating jobs. With an immediate start, this will be initially a 6 month contract view to permanent
Key duties: planning and allocating jobs, re-scheduling to cover unplanned leave and changes in resources available, managing client stakeholders, responding to enquires, improving initiatives, analysing data and general system maintenance.
The successful candidate must have similar experience in a scheduling role ideally within the energy or utilities sectors to the hit the ground running.
It is essential you have a comprehensive understanding of ad hoc and automated scheduling methods.
