Successful, nationally recognised mid-tier firm with 5 Partners and 60 staff are currently seeking to expand operations resulting in a search for a senior accountant to join their team. They have built a large portfolio of medium-sized clients with turnovers up to $50 million within the Professional Services, Medical & Entertainment industries.

The Role

This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to gain a great level of client contact and step away from a traditional compliance focuses accounting role.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Be first point of contact for your client portfolio
• Advisory based project work
• Maintain an allocated client base from start to end
• Mentor, train and allocate work flow for a team of 4 junior accountants

Skills  

The successful candidate will be:

• CA/CPA Qualification 
• 4-5 years business services experience
• An enthusiastic and positive minded individual  
• Ambition to build a career with a well-established firm and take on greater responsibility
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
