The Company:
This government agency is implementing a modernisation program as an opportunity to cast off the shackles of the past and deliver great student and industry outcomes. The end goal is to introduce a streamlined operating model and mentality - therefore creating a high-performing and more productive organisation. This is critical to transform their organisation, both operationally and culturally.
The Role:
As part of the modernisation project they have begun reducing and streamlining their institutes, implementing a better structure and migrating their financial data to their new system SAP FICO. They require a Finance Project Manager to lead the review and scope for SAP solutions and lead the streamlining process. In order to be successful you will have a strong Management Accounting and Projects background within the Finance Transformation space as well as a good understanding of analytical technology.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering Projects within the Finance Transformation space
- SAP FICO and HR/ Payroll experience preferred
- Project experience within NSW Government/ Education sector
- Background delivering solutions using hybrid methodology (waterfall/agile)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Power BI - data understanding and analytics
- Management Accounting and/or FP&A background
- Big 4 background
- Highly adaptive and hands on approach
