Job description

This leading Healthcare company is currently at the forefront of their market.  With a large transformation in place a highly skilled System Consultant is required to work with the IT and Business teams.  In this role you will work in a highly supportive and collaborative team delivering upon varying projects.  You will have extensive experience working on Workday implementation projects with HCM master data experience and integration of employee data across all platforms

Your key responsibilities:
 

  • Ensuring P&C Master data and downstream system requirements (SAP, ADP, RTA) are met and optimised.
  • Be proactive and accountable for the timely creation of new data requirements within Workday
  • Take lead on configuration and testing from a Workday perspective
  • Provide continual oversight and audit of Workday key items such as job profiles and grades and supervisory organisations updates for quick decision making by P&C Systems & Project team.
  • Act as the HR master data steward for the Australian business, ensuing data is structured, monitored and consistent across the group (where possible)
  • Assist and lead on creation of business processes, documentation and training for future state and post implementation
     

Experience and skills:
 

  • A detailed understanding of Workday integration with payroll with Time & Attendance to achieve award and EBA interpretation and integration with Workday is also essential
  • Ability to use or generate knowledge and problem solve issues
  • Experience of working with and analysing data, establishing reporting regimes and suggesting adaptions to suit business needs
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills to support P&C and Finance teams to get to the right data as easily as possible
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of the business and to speak with clarity about the data you manage
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
  • High quality written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in producing process documentation
  • Experience in facilitating face-to-face training

Qualifications:
 

  • In depth understanding of Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Report Writer, Security and Business Process framework (Talent & Performance, Absence, Advanced Compensation and Learning desirable)
  • Advanced understanding of technical systems terminology
  • Significant experience of working with HR data
