About you 

  • Previous Talent Acquisition Specialist experience
  • Sound knowledge and experience in best practice recruitment processes
  • Demonstrated strategic sourcing capabilities with experience using broad suite of search tools and technologies
  • Previous experience working with talent acquisition metrics and reporting
  • Business Partnering experience


About the role ·

  • Develop and lead the talent acquisition framework and lifecycle
  • Work with the business to ensure a talent pipeline to meet the current and future needs of the business
  • Develop the skills and capability of hiring managers
  • Take the lead in implementing talent acquisition technologies
  • Support other People initiatives to drive engagement and culture
