Whats on offer
As organisations emerge with plans to operate post Covid-19 we have seen a marked increase in demand for talented Support Professionals. Our clients have shared with us their plans for the quarter and beyond and in line with those plans we're seeking expressions of interest from Team Assistants across a broad range of industries. We are looking to speak to people with a diverse range of experience, from Admin Assistants to experienced Team Assistants who have supported large teams.
Your experience as a Team Assistant will include but not be limited to:
- Team support with diary & email management
- Preparing meeting papers, reports and presentations
- Agenda’s & meeting minutes & follow up actions
- Stakeholder management with internal and external, remote teams
- Expenses
- Answering of phones
- Supporting the team with general admin & ad hoc duties
The successful candidate should poses the following:
- Diary management experience/Team member coordination experience
- Previous administration experience
- Clear/accurate written & verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
