• Inner East Melbourne Location, near a train station. You will initially be working from home

A fantastic opportunity to work with a leading and inclusive NFP organisation who has implemented several initiatives that are having a major impact on the community across Victoria. Subsequently, there are exciting and new technological projects currently underway requiring experienced Testing Specialists using Salesforce.

Reporting directly to the ICT Manager, the System Test Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the planning and testing processes are in place and the Service Delivery System is fully tested to support business processes prior to each launch and release to production

About the Role:

The organisation has recently deployed a new Service Delivery System, based on the Salesforce platform, supporting outcomes for our customers, and the staff that support them.

The position of Test Analyst is to ensure the planning and testing processes are in place and the Service Delivery System is fully tested to support the business processes prior to each launch and release to production.

• QA planning multiple modules within Service Delivery System
• Design and execute robust test scenarios as part of project delivery
• Develop and implement test plans for individual phases of system improvements including scheduled releases and updates
• Collaborate, identify, design and develop associated test cases
• Work with the System tester to record test results, raise defect records and re-test fixes
• Develop test-based code, design tests, correct, and document simple programs or scripts to support the testing of software
• Document guidance on test planning and execution
• Risk identification and management
• Responsible for championing a culture of continuous improvement
• Provide team leadership that supports a people management culture

Your Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years in hands on Testing roles
• Experience in deployment of front-end testing
• Plan software testing, develop test suites and documentation & report on test findings 
• Knowledge of practical application of standards and best practices
• Solid experience using Salesforce
• Clear and open communication with high attention to detail
