Job description
A really unique test lead role has come up with one of the best payments and financial services teams in Sydney. If you're highly experienced with extensive payments experience, leading a team of test analysts, and automation testing practices, this is the role for you. My client are embarking on market leading project and are at the forefront of technological innovation in the Australian financial space. You'll be leading a team of 3+ test engineers with growth and progression very much on the agenda as they grow into the new year so experience building and leading teams in the financial space will be a massive plus to your application.
What the role involves:
- Leading a team of high performing test analysts and QA engineers
- Developing test strategy, test cases and executing end-to-end testing
- Integrating and engaging with third party suppliers and engineers
- Mentoring junior engineers as they come on board
- Maintaining the project to be in line with NPP standards.
What you need for this role:
- 8+ years testing/QA experience
- 2+ years experience as a test lead
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools - Selenium
- Deep knowledge of payments systems and financial institutions
Nice to have:
- Payments experience
- NPP exposure
- AWS experience
- Strong stakeholder management
