Job description

Office Manager / Team Administrator  

  • Sydney CBD - Onsite role 
  • Paying up to $87,000 + Super for the right candidate 
  • Must be fully vaccinated | Not for profit sector 

You will be responsible for office management and coordinating operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency  

Duties required are as follows but not limited to: 

  • Document management and formatting, effective record keeping and coordination of project reporting 
  • Extensive diary management 
  • Support the effective operation / management of office facilities, supplies, and equipment at both offices.   
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, conference and event registration.   
  • Draft and edit correspondence and communications including reports, presentations and briefing notes.   
  • Processing all office expenses invoices in for payment.  
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, conference and event registration 
  • Coordinate meetings including agenda preparation, meeting minutes and catering.   
  • Reconciliation of credit card and other expenses and processing of purchase orders.   
  • Stakeholder engagement building strong relationships with vendors, service providers and building management.   

Must have: 

  • Must have strong Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel & Outlook with the ability to quickly learn in-house systems 
  • Current Drivers licence as you will be managing company vehicles  
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
