Job description

The Role:
To provide effective administrative and support services within a team environment in the Government Sector.

Key accountabilities:
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Gather and process business information using Excel
  • Manage business unit filing systems by creating, storing, retrieving and tracking files to ensure the accurate and safe storage of information
  • Work closely with other business areas to effectively arrange meetings and manage the flow of business information and activities
  • Systems Experience – Excel and mail merge
Essentials:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
  • Highly organised, good time management skills
  • Confident in juggling multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Experienced in all areas of administration
  • An intermediate user of Excel
