The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with both leadership and operational responsibilities. You will coach and inspire a high-performing team, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and contribute directly to sales performance and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic retail setting, balancing team management, sales delivery, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate a passionate team to achieve sales budgets and KPIs.
• Support recruitment, rostering, training, and performance management.
• Deliver an elevated client experience, build CRM, ensuring every interaction reflects luxury service standards.
• Oversee store presentation, stock control, ticketing, and operational processes.
• Manage end-of-day reconciliation and reporting in line with company procedures.
• Assist in coordinating store events and client engagement initiatives.
