We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bid Administrator to join a respected consultancy in the property and construction sector. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a challenge, and is eager to learn.

About the Role

As Bid Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality tender submissions. Working closely with the bid team and technical specialists, you’ll help coordinate documents, maintain deadlines, and ensure every submission meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofing bid and tender documents
  • Coordinate information from internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and update bid templates, project profiles, and team CVs
  • Track timelines, manage version control, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support the team with bid administration, reporting, and compliance checks
  • Help maintain the bid library for future submissions

About You

  • Previous administration experience and industry knowledge are beneficial, but not essential — full training will be provided.
  • Experience working with Word and Canva
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and systems
  • Confident communicator who can work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Enjoys working under deadlines and embracing new challenges

What’s on Offer

  • Be part of a collaborative, close-knit environment with a strong sense of stability and support.
  • Take part in regular social events, benefit from annual learning programs, and build your technical and soft skills through continuous training.
  • Learn from experienced professionals in a respected consultancy
  • A role where no two days are the same and your contributions truly matter

If you’re looking to build your skills in a role that offers variety and responsibility, we encourage you to apply.
