We are currently seeking a Change Manager for our client to deliver end-to-end change management activities as this mid-size organisation embarks on a large scale digital transformation.
The Role:
- The role will require strong leadership and is responsible for Delivering organisational change to groups with competing priorities.
- Maintaining effectiveness where the organisation has a large variance of change readiness.
- Influencing stakeholders at various levels with different needs.
- Build change capability across the organisation and ensure a coordinated approach is undertaken to communications, training, and go-live activities.
- Assess potential impact of projects/initiatives and apply relevant change management techniques in order to optimise delivery of change throughout the organisation.
- Ensure stakeholders and their teams are ready, willing and able to receive and embed project led change to the business.
- Identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and operationalise a change management framework including automation and self-service platforms to be applied across the organisation.
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar Change / Project role leading and delivering change throughout various organizational levels.
- Digital transformation experience would be ideal.
- Demonstrated completion of driving transformational organisational change and leading the process for embedding sustainable change.
- Experience training individuals and small groups with varying skills and needs.
- Experience in delivering effective communications and readiness activities for operations teams.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver change tactics within an ambiguous and complex environment where information may not be readily available.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (Prosci®, ADKAR, Agile).
