Job description
- Contact Centre Representatives x4
- Sydney CBD | Hybrid | | Rotating roster | Mon to Sun 8.00am – 8.00pm
- 6m FTC $68,000 package + Bonus, Pro rata
This is a permanent 6-month fixed term contract (yes, you accrue sick and annual leave!) hours will be on a rotating roster, Mon to Sun 8.00am – 8.00pm

Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls regarding applications and deposit/home loan banking products
- Responding to all customer enquires through verbal and written communication (case management and chat)
- Delivering exceptional service and efficiently solving problems
- Being reliable and displaying effective time management
- Assisting in processing/back-office support as required
- Learning new things and be involved in change management
- Other adhoc duties as required
You will Ideally have
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Retail Banking contact centre and understanding of home lending
- Great can-do attitude
- Must be fully vaccinated
