Job description
- Contact Centre Representatives x 10
- Sydney CBD | Hybrid once competent
- 6month Contract | $34,000 package
***Assessment centre on 22nd June, if successful a commencement date of 11th July***
Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls regarding applications and deposit/home loan banking products
- Responding to all customer enquires through verbal and written communication (case management and chat)
- Delivering exceptional service and efficiently solving problems
- Being reliable and displaying effective time management
- Assisting in processing/back-office support as required
- Learning new things and be involved in change management
- Other adhoc duties as required
You will Ideally have
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Retail Banking contact centre and understanding of home lending
- Familiarity in with Genesys Pure Cloud, Dynamic CRM, Data Action and Microsoft Suite would be a bonus
- Flexibility to work shifts to support contact centre team operating 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Saturday, rotating roster
- Must be fully vaccinated
