About the role:

With the temp recruitment market now picking up just in time for the holidays, we have a large number of temporary positions within the Sydney area. 

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for temporary roles with an immediate start! 

This is a perfect opportunity to earn money whilst looking for your next longer-term role! 

The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years corporate experience in a Customer Service focused role, be extremely personable, positive, and outgoing and hard working. 

Full Flexibility to work remotely from home! 

Due to the short-term contracts, we are looking for candidates who can confidently 'step in' when required and provide an exceptional service to our clients!

You will be required to:

  • Handle incoming enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Data processing.
  • Escalate enquiries if required. 
  • Update internal systems. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.


About you:

  • Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
  • At least 1-2 years Customer service is preferable.
  • Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office suite.
