Job description
- Document Specialist
- 3–4-week temporary assignment

- $35-$40 per hour + super
Key responsibilities:
- Reformat job descriptions to ensure consistency and compliance with company branding and style guidelines.
- Review and edit existing job positions for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company standards
- Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to gather information and insights for updating job descriptions.
- Assist in the development of new job descriptions as needed.
- Design and develop SharePoint sites for various job descriptions, making it user friendly and easily identifiable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to document management and administration.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams
