Are you an experienced EA looking for your next exciting opportunity?
I am currently representing a fantastic client in the telecoms industry based in CBD. Due to long term sickness they require an experienced EA to cover for at least the next 3 months supporting the senior management team of 3.
You will be responsible for:
- Diary management
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Drafting and typing of documents
- Maintaining of all office supplies and industries
- Preparing of reports, collating of meeting information
- Screening of incoming calls
- Minute taking, shorthand
Hourly rate $42 p/h plus Super
Central CBD office
Hours 8.30am 5.30pm Monday to Friday
You must have at least 2 years previous experience as an EA, telecoms industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
