About the Role

 

Working for a renowned award winning Global Professional Services Firm, as an experienced Personal Assistant to support Chief Executive Partner while working alongside the snr Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Partner to ensure their day runs smoothly.   A strong career development provided, a flexible work-life balance working environment with the option to work 2-3 days from home.

This is a great learning opportunity and to support a Chief Executive Partner (CEP) while learning from one of the best in the EA field.  Reporting into the Snr Executive Assistant to the Chief Partner,  you will be providing advanced administrative support to CEP, their Senior EA and the rest of the team. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and performing various tasks to enhance executive effectiveness. The successful candidate will have experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ideally within the professional or financial services sectors.

 Role responsibilities:

  • Managing the CEP’s diary including organising meetings, preparing meeting agendas and all supporting documentation, taking meeting minutes, room bookings and invitations
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with general communications and emails, letters and memos
  • Creation of CEP’s PowerPoint presentations;
  • Assisting with marketing activities through LinkedIn & Twitter
  • Coordinating and organising events
  • Sorting, recording and delivering CEP’s mail
  • Reconciling the CEP’s AMEX statements and expense claims;
  • Answering CEP’s phone, checking voicemail messages
  • General ad hoc administration tasks as required.

 

About You

  • Minimum 3 years previously as a PA/EA working within Professional or Financial Services sectors
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy skills
  • Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to learn tasks quickly
  • Sound knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn & other social media
