6 month contract, Immediate start
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a Global Brand on a temporary basis, located in the inner city providing high level support to 3 Executives. This is a unique opportunity to join an International brand who believe their employees are the heart of everything they do.
You will be responsible for proving high level 1:1 support to a snr Executive contributing to the effective running of the Executive's busy schedule in addition to this will also be supporting two other Executives.
Extensive diary and email management
Extensive meeting management
Assisting with board meetings
Assisting with Legal documentation
PreviousEA experience is essential
A proactive and confident nature
Ability to prioritise your work while working under pressure
The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
