The Role:

Join this large education provider who are focused on the wellbeing of their staff and students. Working in the Principals office and closely alongside the HR team to provide the highest level of administrative support to their stakeholders, as well as a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The role is an initial contract.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • High level admin support
  • HR reporting
  • Co-ordinating background checks
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings
  • Providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Data entry & filing

About you:

  • Previous experience in HR admin desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality, maintain privacy and act with sensitivity and discretion in relation to employee information
  • High level competency in using a range Office 365 products and online tools
  • High attention to detail and focus on accuracy of data entry;
  • Be hard-working, punctual, and organized
  • Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
