Job description

A fantastic opportunity for either an experienced HR Administrator or recent HR graduate with administration skills looking to gain experience within a People & Culture Team.

Key skills/ responsibilities:
  • Updating job descriptions in current templates
  • Drafting advertisements
  • Contract drafting
  • Organising pre-employment checks
  • Collecting new starter payroll documents
  • Setting up exit interviews
  • Drafting letters
  • Remuneration review administraiton
 
About you:
  • Either HR graduate with some administration or
  • HR Administration experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships
