My Client, a global leader in Investment banking, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Analyst for a 6-month assignment in Sydney CBD. 

 

As the HR Operations Analyst you will be working in a team of four HR Professionals, providing a full range of local HR services within ANZ including, payroll, employee benefits, health and safety, recruitment, onboarding, immigration, data management and analysis.  daily duties will include but not be limited to: 



My client currently offers a hybrid model with flexibility to work from home two days per week. 

 

  • Partner with the Country Manager to ensure local objectives are aligned to global priorities
  • Continually review Operational processes 
  • Establish effective relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure operations processes are delivers according to Global, Regional and Local regulations
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Optimise operational processes and where necessary, identify areas for improvement/change 
  • Be able to identify risks/concerns and suggest solutions to increase productive and improve compliance
  • Perform BAU duties in accordance with Global Employee Support/People and Culture teams. 
  • Assist with the delivery and execution of HR projects inline with the Global, Regional and Local HR Strategy

About you: 

  • Relevant HR certifications or qualification

  • Minimum 4 years' experience working within Australian Payroll/HR regulatory reporting obligations 
  • Understanding of HR Accounting 
  • Knowledge of Fair Work and the Banking, Finance, and Insurance Award
  • Exceptional data analytical skills 
  • Experienced in HR Operations, Risk Management and Change Management 
  • Self-starter, ability to work in an agile workforce 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify solutions
  • Thorough understanding of the end-to-end HR process 
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic professional who is excited about People data
  • Hard working and committed team player with the ability to lead projects and work autonomously
  • Experience in working with offshore teams
