About the company 


You will be working with one of the largest school bodies in Melbourne; who offer endless potential for grown and career progression! This role sits within the HR team as a HR administrator and you will be largely involved with the resourcing function working alongside the talented HR advisors; absorbing their wealth of experience and knowledge to further grow and develop your existing skill set. This is an organisation who prides themselves on putting their people first and work collaboratively to achieve success.  
 
Responsibilities  

 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Working with HR advisors to support end-to-end recruitment cycle; souring, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding candidates 
  • Strong focus on compliance for candidates as part of the onboarding process 
  • Collaborate with HR advisors to accurately advise on recruitment and selection polices and procedures to managers and staff 
  • Entering confidential employee data and information into a document management system.  
  • Maintain the HR recruitment email account 
  • Writing and uploading advertisements for vacant positions
  • Shortlisting with HR advisors 

 
Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, upbeat, friendly. Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and working well within a team
  • Experience working in the following industries: recruitment, human resources or similar
  • Experience working within systems to manage candidate and employee data; exceptional data entry and document management skills.
  • Must have a high attention to details and exceptional time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process 
  • A demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads, deal with competing priorities and seamlessly support Hiring Managers and candidates to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Must have capability to work from home
