Job description
- South East Location
- Supportive team, to assist while working remotely. Will be back in the office once restrictions ease.
The Role:
You will be joining public sector organsation based in the South East Suburbs, in a fast paced role that will see you take part in a Hardware Deployment project as an end to end Project Coordinator.
This role has an immediate start on an initial 6 month contract that is likely to be extended well into 2022.
Key Responsibility:
- End to End Project Coordination
- Stakeholder management to understand needs and requirements
- Scheduling and ordering
- Asset Management – reviewing spreadsheets and updating assets
- Creation of work instruction documentation
- Speak with the end users to schedule timings
About you:
- Minimum 3+ years experience working in as a IT Project Coordinator
- Familiar with hardware deployment project and have sound knowledge from a coordination level.
- Knowledge of Dell laptops and Workstations
- Ability to get to the root cause of an issue, use initiative and research if you need additional information
- Ability to work autonomously within the role
- Able to communicate in laments terms to non technical stakeholders
- An approachable individual that is dedicated to providing friendly customer service/support as well as willing to go the extra mile
