Job description

  • South East Location
  • Supportive team, to assist while working remotely. Will be back in the office once restrictions ease.

 

The Role:

 

You will be joining public sector organsation based in the South East Suburbs, in a fast paced role that will see you take part in a Hardware Deployment project as an end to end Project Coordinator.

 

This role has an immediate start on an initial 6 month contract that is likely to be extended well into 2022.

 

Key Responsibility:

  • End to End Project Coordination
  • Stakeholder management to understand needs and requirements
  • Scheduling and ordering
  • Asset Management – reviewing spreadsheets and updating assets
  • Creation of work instruction documentation
  • Speak with the end users to schedule timings

About you:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience working in as a IT Project Coordinator
  • Familiar with hardware deployment project and have sound knowledge from a coordination level.
  • Knowledge of Dell laptops and Workstations
  • Ability to get to the root cause of an issue, use initiative and research if you need additional information
  • Ability to work autonomously within the role
  • Able to communicate in laments terms to non technical stakeholders
  • An approachable individual that is dedicated to providing friendly customer service/support as well as willing to go the extra mile
