About the Company
This iconic Australian institute dominate their field, a clear market leader in the higher education sector. Based on the Sydney CBD fringe, they are seeking a Management Accounntant to join their high-performing team. This organisaiton is well know for its impact and scale, and the role offers strong visibility across a key portfolio. This is a commercially focused role with a blend of month end, managmenet reporting, finanical modelling and direct support to senior decision makers.
The finance team is well regarded, with a collaborative culture and a strong focus on development. Flexible working arrangements are in palce, including a couple of days working from home per week and flexible start/finish times.
About the Role
• Supporting the budgeting and forcasting process
• Developing management repoirting packs
• Assisting with the development of financial models
• Partnering with key internal stakeholders
• Variance and KPI analysis
Skills & Experience
• CPA/CA qualification required
• At least 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
