About the Role:

 

This role will be working from home.

  • Deliver projects, changes and BAU support across the network portfolio including LAN, WAN, Voice, Wireless, Firewall, Azure networking.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving across the IT infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IT peers across Infrastructure and applications
  • Develop relationships with end users and understand the business needs
  • Work closely with key network vendors
  • Meeting our promise to customers and the business
  • Contribute to the network infrastructure team plan

 

About You:

  • 2 years’ experience as a Network Engineer
  • Network certification in one of Cisco, Palo Alto or equivalent
  • Excellent relationship management skills, as well as highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience managing network devices including; Aruba wireless network devices, Cisco switches, Palo Alto Firewalls and Velo Cloud SDWAN routers
  • In excess of 2 years experience administering Solarwinds NPM, NTA and IPAM or an equivalent network management solution
  • Technical proficiency with an aptitude for working with IT hardware.
  • Be able to identify problems, determine possible solutions and actively work to resolve the issues.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities and follow direction to plan and organise.
  • Ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when necessary
  • Proof of vaccination certificate
