- 3-month contract with a view to extension

About the Role:
This role will be working from home.
- Deliver projects, changes and BAU support across the network portfolio including LAN, WAN, Voice, Wireless, Firewall, Azure networking.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving across the IT infrastructure
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT peers across Infrastructure and applications
- Develop relationships with end users and understand the business needs
- Work closely with key network vendors
- Meeting our promise to customers and the business
- Contribute to the network infrastructure team plan
About You:
- 2 years’ experience as a Network Engineer
- Network certification in one of Cisco, Palo Alto or equivalent
- Excellent relationship management skills, as well as highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience managing network devices including; Aruba wireless network devices, Cisco switches, Palo Alto Firewalls and Velo Cloud SDWAN routers
- In excess of 2 years experience administering Solarwinds NPM, NTA and IPAM or an equivalent network management solution
- Technical proficiency with an aptitude for working with IT hardware.
- Be able to identify problems, determine possible solutions and actively work to resolve the issues.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities and follow direction to plan and organise.
- Ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when necessary
- Proof of vaccination certificate
