About the role:

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the daily office management of a large Corporate Head Office whilst also providing Executive support to the CFO. 


 
Duties within the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Daily management of the office
  • Diary management/Email Management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Travel coordination when required 
  • Document preparation 
  • Project coordination 
  • Overseeing office moves/relocations 
  • Negotiating lease agreements 
  • Contract negotiation 
  • Facilities management 
  • Managing the Office Coordinator/Receptionist
  • HR Coordination/Onboarding 
  • CRM and database management 
  • Liaising directly with the CEO/CFO to oversee project and company wide initiatives. 

 

About you:

  • 5 years + in a similar EA/Office management role
  • Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Experienced in MS Suite and outlook 
  • Solution focused and proactive nature
  • Resilient and able to push back when required 
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively 
  • Able to work autonomously and make decisions on behalf of the Executive team
