Job description

This is a maternity cover role until 19th March 2018. There is a possibility of job sharing when the contract ends.

Duties:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Research and creating presentations
  • Elements of project management/handling
  • Managing the workflow through the inbox with respect to importance and deadlines
  • May assist with compiling the annual budget
  • Delegating project work out to the responsible person
  • Compile information
  • Records Management
  • Invoice processing and expense reports
  • Any Adhoc Administration tasks

Criteria:

  • High School diploma
  • Good telephone manner and fantastic customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate administration capability in MS Office Suite
  • Professional and helpful nature
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Government experience is preferred
  • Experience using TRIM and/or SAP are advantageous
