Job description
This is a maternity cover role until 19th March 2018. There is a possibility of job sharing when the contract ends.
Duties:
- Scheduling appointments
- Research and creating presentations
- Elements of project management/handling
- Managing the workflow through the inbox with respect to importance and deadlines
- May assist with compiling the annual budget
- Delegating project work out to the responsible person
- Compile information
- Records Management
- Invoice processing and expense reports
- Any Adhoc Administration tasks
Criteria:
- High School diploma
- Good telephone manner and fantastic customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate administration capability in MS Office Suite
- Professional and helpful nature
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Government experience is preferred
- Experience using TRIM and/or SAP are advantageous
