Job description

  • Operations Administrator role supporting a growing software business
  • Hybrid working in Sydney CBD, 3 days in-office
  • Salary: $90K+ super, flexible for the right candidate
 
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on operations and administration professional to join a growing software business. In this role, you’ll support key areas across operations, finance, administration, and culture, becoming an essential part of the company’s daily flow.

You will bring a positive, energetic attitude and a strong work ethic to every aspect of your role, driving both efficiency and a collaborative team spirit.

 
About the role:
  • Manage office coordination and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and data across systems
  • Support internal departments with general administration and reporting
  • Help improve and document systems and processes
  • Be the first point of contact for general business enquiries
  • Maintain CRM systems and respond to emails and client requests
  • Coordinate license renewals and issue new product licenses and certificates
  • Create and send quotes and invoices to new and existing clients
  • Monitor banking platforms, reconcile payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Work with the finance team to support monthly reporting
  • Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee records
  • Help maintain a fun, inclusive, and engaging team culture

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience in administration, office coordination, or operations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to company culture, with strong initiative and a people-centered approach
  • Highly literate, articulate, and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with systems such as SharePoint, Monday.com, NetSuite, and Zendesk is highly advantageous.
  • Strong sense of accountability and the confidence to uphold processes and standards when necessary
  • Exposure to a tech or software business is a bonus
  • High attention to detail and comfort with numbers and systems
  • Self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills
