About the company

We are currently supporting a large organisation in their search for a Payroll Officer to join a well established, large payroll team.

Role summary

This role sits within the payroll team to assist with the end to end processing of payroll for upwards of 4000 staff members. There is also an element of dealing with new starters and terminations. This will include both fortnightly and monthly paid employees. SAP experience is a must for this position.

About the role

• Full end to end payroll processing for up to 4000 staff members within SAP
• Resolving all payroll queries
• Maintain payroll records, including new starters, terminations and employee changes
• Payroll accounting reconciliation
• Dealing with manual payroll calculations and terminations

Skills & experience

• Minimum 3 + years experience in end to end Payroll with previous experience using SAP
• Experience with Success Factors and Kronos would be beneficial
• Strong administration skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
