  • Permanent full time 
  • Approx 2+years working experience in payroll required - timesheet / casuals experience would be ideal

My client is an established privately owned and reputable service based business, located in Sydney CBD (close to train, bus, lightrail).

We are seeking a payroll officer to join their finance team on a permanent full time basis.

You will be responsible for processing weekly casuals timesheets, dealing with queries and basic reporting.

Main duties include;

  • process of weekly casual timesheets
  • answering basic queries
  • set up of new employees
  • issuing POs
  • maintaining a visa checklist
  • sending basic reports

Experience required;

  • 12-24 months working experience in payroll
  • experience in dealing with casual employees / timesheet based employees
  • able to answer queries effectively
  • excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • passionate about payroll 
  • enjoys working in a fast pace environment

Location: Sydney CBD
REM: $75,000 plus super plus benefits
