Working for a global award winning renowned organisation as their HR Business Partner within the food manufacturing sector, who operate across 40 sites. Reporting into the Head of People & Culture where you will be focusing on business partnering and supporting the manufacturing team with all HR matters including ER, coaching and supporting the team driving a positive culture. About the Role:
Support in implementation of HR policies and initiatives
Supporting leaders with performance management
Coach and Mentor business leaders in effective people performance
Execute performance reviews and remuneration
Onboarding new starters and partnering with business leaders in relations to IR / ER activities and advise around performance
Talent development and interpretation of award and legislation.
Have qualifications in HR, Industrial Relation, or Business Studies
Have 2-3+ years’ experience Business Partnering
Strong ER experience
Have strong interpersonal- and organisational skills as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Have HR experience with influencing, coaching, relationship building.
Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
