We are looking for a dynamic People and Culture Consultant to join one of Australia’s largest diversified property groups. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract based in a stunning Sydney CBD office location. The Role:

As a People and Culture Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic People and Culture advice to support employees and the business operations. This role requires a high level of customer service, strong coaching skills, and the ability to identify business needs and recommend solutions that add value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle employee relations (ER) cases with professionalism and efficiency. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on ER matters
  • Act as a mentor to junior HR team members, providing coaching and support to help them grow in their roles and develop their P+C skills.
  • Support HR projects from inception to completion. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects that contribute to the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to internal stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Analyse data and trends to make informed recommendations that align with business objectives
About You:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations (ER)
  • Proven experience in handling employee grievances and performance management within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, helping to develop the skills and capabilities of managers and employees
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines
