My client is looking for Retention | Customer Service Specialists for an immediate start
Are you passionate about helping people, hungry to learn, love working in a fast-paced environment, all this and the option of hybrid once your fully trained?
- Responsible for dealing with Inbound & Outbound calls and queries from existing customers.
- Utilises product knowledge to respond to both simple and complex enquiries.
- Providing accurate information about products, processes and policies
- Providing technical support and quotations for the above product suites
- Providing information relating to the alteration of policies, methods/frequency of payment; complaint handling, policy cancellation and withdrawals;
- Processing general maintenance requests received from customers
You don’t need to be experienced; you just need to have the right attitude & looking to grow
