  • Parramatta / Hybrid (2x days office)
  • Initial 6 mths contract (possibilities for extensions)
  • Pays up to $850 p/d + Super (8hrs a day)
NSW Government Agency is looking for a Talent Branding Specialist with a experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Marketing to join their team

You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of employer branding strategy to attract and engage top talent focusing on enhancing their image across multiple channels, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring consistency in their messaging and Employer Value Proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and within the talent operations team to develop targeted employer branding campaigns to reach desired talent pools.
  • Create engaging and compelling content, including employee testimonials, videos, blog posts, and social media campaigns, to showcase the company's culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • Develop and execute an Employer Branding strategy to position the organisation as an employer of choice aligned to their Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of our Employer Branding activities, to define improvements and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyse and report the performance of campaigns and identify trends, insights to identify areas for improvement.
About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in Employer Branding or recruitment marketing and successful project management.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of design tools, campaign materials and effective digital and traditional recruitment marketing channels and mediums.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels across the organisation (including Executive Leaders).
  • Strong communications skills with proven ability to convey ideas to stakeholders in the context of attraction and marketing.
  • Good analytical capability; experience in evaluating end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
