About the company 

 

This is working for a leading telecommunications company nationally, supporting general manager level and the broader team This is an exciting part time temporary opportunity for 6 months.  
 
Responsibilities  

 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • High level administrative support to the team 
  • Management of diaries, email, travel and appointments 
  • Preparing reports through excel 
  • Managing inbound calls and address queries over the phone 
  • Support enquiries over phone and email 
  • Meeting coordination; scheduling meetings and appointments, booking rooms and creating links for online meetings. 
  • Organising catering 
  • Other adhoc responsibilities as requested by Director  

 
Requirements/Skills 

  • Experience working in a Team Assistant role  
  • Experience working in Telecommunications, construction or similar large corporations  
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite 
  • Must have exceptional ATD, organising and prioritsing skills 
  • Must be able to start 01-Aug-2022 
  • Competency with IT systems 
  • Time management skills, comfortable working towards deadlines
