Accounts Payable Officer

Job description

Leading Industrial business based in the Lower North Shore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team.
You will be joining a stable, hard working team covering full Accounts Payable duties.

This role is being offered permanent full time, paying $65,000 - $70,000 + super.

Overview of role:

• processing approx 100 invoice per day - PO invoices
• three way matching
• reconciliations
• weekly payment runs
• query handling
• multi currencies
• mentoring / training experience
• process improvement exposure

Essential Criteria:

• JDE system experience preferred (not essential)
• hard worker & team player
• able to work to tight deadline
• manual and automated payable experience
• mentoring / training experience
• steady career history
