Accounts Receivable officer

My client is a well-known global FMCG company based in the Upper North Shore who is looking to hire an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing team. 
 

About the Role: 

A permanent full time opportunity has opened with one of our fantastic clients based in the Upper North Shore.  

FMCG industry experience is essential due to the nature of my client’s business. 

• Managing your own ledger end to end 

• Collections via phone & email (40+ calls per day) 

• Daily banking, allocation of payments and reconciliation of accounts 

• Weekly reporting and month end reporting on AR 

• Dealing with disputes & escalations 

• Other ad hoc accounting duties as needed 
   

About You: 

• Full function AR/Credit experience in the FMCG industry 3 years minimum 

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse team 

• Experience working in a fast pace environment and to tight deadlines 

• Excellent communication skills - stakeholder engagement 

• Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Suite 

• Eagerness to learn
