Job description
Working for a highly renowned FMCG firm located at bears lagoon. Immediate need for temporary administration to take on this 3-6 month contract.
Great opportunity for an experienced administration assistant to join this highly-regarded firm, with an immediate start, 3-6 month contract. Providing support to the management team.
Key duties: reporting, invoicing, organising travel, raising purchase orders, scheduling meetings, ordering stationery and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
You must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role to hit the ground running, have strong communication skills in order to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
