Job description
Your Major responsibilities will include
- Administrative support to the whole team
- Preparation and support for committee meetings
- Support the development and coordination of team projects
- Manage contacts and distribution lists for internal and external databases.
- Contribute to administrative projects to streamline or improve processes
Essential Knowledge and experience required to be successful
- Minimum of 2+ years of administration experience
- Knowledge of basic administrative duties in a corporate environment
- High organizational skills in addition to being agile.
- Attention to detail is a must
The role needs an experienced Administrator who can hit the ground running along with having strong corporate experience working at a similar level.
