Job description

Your Major responsibilities will include  

  • Administrative support to the whole team
  • Preparation and support for committee meetings
  • Support the development and coordination of team projects
  • Manage contacts and distribution lists for internal and external databases.
  • Contribute to administrative projects to streamline or improve processes


 Essential Knowledge and experience required to be successful 

  • Minimum of 2+ years of administration experience
  • Knowledge of basic administrative duties in a corporate environment
  • High organizational skills in addition to being agile.
  • Attention to detail is a must

 
The role needs an experienced Administrator who can hit the ground running along with having strong corporate experience working at a similar level.
