Job description

This Administration Officer role is based in Geelong and is due to start as soon as possible for a 3 month contract. The role is responsible for providing high level administrative assistance ensuring services are delivered in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:

  • High volume data entry of accounts processes 
  • Liaising with Relationship Managers and stakeholders to ensure all tasks are completed in line with procedures in place
  • Managing the overall teams administrative claims in a timely manner
  • Using judgement to identify risks and escalating issues where appropriate

To be successful in this position you will:

  • Relevant administration experience in a fast paced environment
  • Extremely fast type speed with minimal mistakes
  • Have worked in a team environment playing an active role
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
