About the Role
- Lead audit & risk engagements including; staffing, budgeting, planning & executing day to day operations
- Build & maintain strong client relationships through networking events, conferences, client visits and regular conversations
- Coach, develop & manage a team while providing technical insight and advice
- Delegate routine tasks and provide constructive feedback
- Provide encouragement and support to teams to resolve issues as they arise
Skills & Experience
- CPA/ CA Qualified
- Have experience managing & coaching a team within external audit
- Drive to continually improve work standards
- Ability to work directly with Partners/ Directors
- Ability to network and build relationships with both colleagues and clients.
