About our client 

My client, is an international construction company focused on creating new resources through reuse and recycling of water and waste. They are globally recognised and respected and employ over 2500 people.


The position is based in Western Sydney CBD and is a full-time contract role with the potential for permanent employment for the right person.

You will be responsible for a variety of coordination duties, including:

  • Lead the tendering requirements in preparation, estimating and timely submission
  • Develop and implement a framework for bid submissions
  • Project manage submission timelines providing technical support and commercial insights
  • Prepare financial models to assess the viability of a new proposals
  • Understand the context and broader goals around contract negotiation
  • Present financial information and provide commentary to drive commercial decision making


In order to be successful within this role, you will need to have the following:

  • Tertiary qualification – bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or commerce is required
  • Strong communication including writing reports and present
  • Understanding engineering principles
  • Time management and planning
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of project estimating and planning software
  • Budgeting and financial management
  • Leadership
