Job description
This leading energy company is currently going through a large transformation of work and require a strong Business Analyst with process mapping and gap analysis experience to join their highly professional and stable team. In this role you will play a pivotal part working with key stakeholders within the business. You will be highly driven, motivated and display excellent combination skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- End to end project experience – delivering features from inception right through to the customer.
- Process mapping
- Gap Analysis
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team
- Facilitation of workshops including requirements gathering sessions
- Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
- Showcase the products to project stakeholders
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met
- Promote the best practice
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Perform other duties as directed
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- 5+ years Business focused Business Analysis experience
- Has worked in large enterprises
- Strong process mapping background
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
