Job description
This exciting and innovative Insurance organisation are looking for a Business Analyst with a business, technical and functional background and Guidewire ClaimCenter experience to join their growing team to work on their core product.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Business Process Engineering/ Re- engineering
- Facilitation of workshops including requirements gathering sessions
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
- Be the go-to person for the developers for questions and business direction
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Conduct training sessions with stakeholders and end users
Requirements
- Highly experienced Business Analyst within the General Insurance Sector
- 3+ years Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
- Experienced gathering requirements for functional enhancements of a SaaS solution
- Operational, Process Improvements, Re-Engineering experience
- Software Implementation and Integration experience
- Strong relationship, networking and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
