Job description
I am currently partnering with a market leader who are looking for a Business Focused Senior Business Analyst with claims, Guidewire and Mainframe experience to come on board to work on a new claims platform.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Working with Guidewire and Mainframe
- Business Process Engineering/ Re- engineering
- Facilitation of workshops including requirements gathering sessions
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Highly experienced Business Analyst within the Insurance Sector ideally Claims
- Must have experience with Guidewire and Mainframe
- Integration experience
- Strong relationship, networking and negotiation skills
- Must be robust and happy to work across all areas
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
