Job description

I am currently partnering with a market leader who are looking for a Business Focused Senior Business Analyst with claims, Guidewire and Mainframe experience to come on board to work on a new claims platform.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements gathering and analysis
  • Working with Guidewire and Mainframe
  • Business Process Engineering/ Re- engineering
  • Facilitation of workshops including requirements gathering sessions
  • Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Highly experienced Business Analyst within the Insurance Sector ideally Claims
  • Must have experience with Guidewire and Mainframe
  • Integration experience
  • Strong relationship, networking and negotiation skills
  • Must be robust and happy to work across all areas  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
